How to Design for Innovation and Not Sell Out: With the Impact Outlook Toolkit

Ever struggled to stay true to your values while pushing the boundaries of design? Joseph Carter-Brown shares his personal journey navigating that tension in corporate settings, where innovation and ethics don’t always move at the same pace. He’ll explain why drawing clear lines matters and introduce the Impact Outlook Toolkit, a resource he co-authored to help designers and teams think more intentionally about the human impact of their decisions.

Join Joseph and learn how to design for innovation and not sell out!

About Joseph

Joseph Carter-Brown is a UX designer and brand strategist who helps organizations design experiences that work for people and the businesses behind them.
